Registration for Winter Camp is slightly different from summer camp. Payments for tuition are billed via venmo, and your space is not reserved until full payment is submitted. We do not do online credit card processing in order to keep costs down for families who wish to participate.
To register for winter camp:
Email Ruby at themoonschooleugene@gmail.com to inquire about the amount of spaces you would like to sign up for and include your venmo handle. Ruby will send a participation waiver that must be signed before or at drop-off on December 28
Ruby will send an invoice via venmo for tuition
Tuition must be paid in order to secure your space - leaving the invoice unpaid can jeopardize your registration and the spot you hoped for may already be filled.
After payment, Ruby will send a confirmation via email
Winter camp at The Moon School is a celebration of the magic of winter: the handmade, evergreen filled merry sweetness that brightens up the darkest days of the year. This camp is for ages 5-8 and will take place in the Moon School classroom & play yard in the Friendly St. Neighborhood. We will also visit the playground at Adams Elementary and Madison Meadow.
We’ll send off 2026 by crowning King Winter with a parade for New Year’s Eve, dip beeswax candles, practice apple howling carols for our community wassail, and bake delicious, nourishing treats.
Winter camp takes place Monday-Thursday, December 28-31 from 9am-1pm. Tuition for camp is $240 and registration opens Sunday, November 8.
